Join the Unseen Oceans Collective in Juneau Alaska for a one of a kind art show, light up the dark winter with deep ocean fine art and learn all about the incredible deep-sea coral and sponge gardens located off the local coast! Opening reception is happening on the First Friday, February 6th (4-7pm) at the Juneau Arts & Humanities Council (JACC Gallery) and the exhibition is up for 1 month. We also have a pre-opening mingle the evening before, February 5 (6-7pm). On February 7 (2-3pm) we are at the Public Library in Juneau to give a short talk about our work and deep sea biodiversity in Alaska.

First locate the clip board with the dry erase marker and list of organisms to hunt, if all lists are busy there is one posted below.
Take a walk around the gallery and look at all the art on display, see how many organisms you can find! Some are well hidden, just like they would be in a real coral garden, so make sure to look closely.
Next snap a photo of your guesses and post on Instagram, make sure to tag @unseenoceancollective in your post!
Finally you can check if you found all the organisms by locating the key sheet
